USAID’s Kitchen Sink: A Food Loss and Waste Podcast
“USAID’s Kitchen Sink: A Food Loss and Waste Podcast” is a thought-provoking series exploring the global challenge of food loss and waste. With 30 to 40 percent of food being lost or wasted—while over 800 million people go hungry—this podcast brings together USAID experts, researchers, and development professionals to discuss innovative solutions. Tackling issues from climate change to food security, agriculture, and sustainability, the series embraces a “kitchen sink” approach to address this urgent crisis.
